The kitchen is one of the most used rooms. Some call it the heart of the home. With routine activities and daily use, it is not uncommon that it will eventually show signs of age. You may start to notice discolouration, chips, stains and scratches appearing on your cupboard and cabinet doors, and on drawer fronts. This, sadly, is inevitable.
With Grosvenor Painting Contractors Ltd, you don’t need to go through the expensive, time-consuming and stressful task of completely renovating your kitchen. We add new life to doors and fronts with kitchen door spraying. This provides a cost-effective and hassle-free way to update your kitchen.
We use a set process to transform kitchens in Northampton, Wellingborough and the surrounding areas.
When it comes to your kitchen, the biggest aesthetics are the cupboards, cabinets and drawers. This is because they take up the most amount of space. Refinishing the existing colour or changing it can make a difference to the appearance of the whole room. Spraying kitchen doors involves the preparation and painting of worn or damaged fronts, using our own spray booth which keeps the job clean and reduces drying times. Grosvenor Painting Contractors Ltd focuses on the details to ensure the project is completed to a high standard.
Below, we go through our kitchen door spraying process:
Step 1 – Assessment
We come in to assess what needs to be done to the cabinet and cupboard doors, and to the drawer fronts.
Step 2 – Colour Choices
We help you to choose the colour that you want by bringing along samples. Once we have a clear idea of what you want, we compile a free, no-obligation quotation.
Step 3 – Door Removal
On accepting our quote and arranging a date for work to begin, we remove the doors and fronts before taking them away for refinishing in our spray booth.
Step 4 – Preparation
We key the doors and fronts to provide a surface that allows for good paint adhesion. If any item is in a poor condition, we can perform small repairs or sand back heavily damaged paintwork.
Step 5 – Spraying
We spray several even coats of paint to achieve a durable, long-lasting and beautiful finish.
Step 6 – The Big Reveal
We fix the doors and fronts back onto the cabinetry so that you can admire the new, fresh and exciting look.
Prior to painting anything removed from your kitchen, we degrease surfaces thoroughly so that oils and fats never impact the standard of our paintwork.
While Grosvenor Painting Contractors Ltd undertakes kitchen door spraying offsite, we complete any additional hand painting or tiling work needed in your kitchen. With the cabinet doors removed, we can tape off any areas to ensure paint never contaminates adjacent surfaces. If you want tiling added or replaced, we can do this for you too.
